• A raven tattoo on his back right shoulder, surrounded by storm clouds. Within' the purplish black raven is a mass of tribal markings, written in an ancient language.
General Appearance: Akhor stands at about 6 foot, and weighs a general 165 pounds. He's muscular, strong, defined, and slightly lean, and most certainly not bulky. His hair frames his face, as well as his eyes, just short enough in this area not to impair his vision. His eyes are an extremely bright blue, the color of which is accentuated by dark eyelashes. He has two tattoos; one of a black bone dragon that curls about his entire upper left arm, and one of a raven surrounded by storm clouds on his back right shoulder blade.
Around his neck he always wears a necklace (shown in the picture). He also wears a black belt made to hold his pokeballs.

Personality: Akhor is a very reserved person. He does not share his emotions generously, and a smile from him is rare. However, his anger is an easy emotion to provoke. His short temper often causes him to loose control, and act recklessly. It's unwise to invoke his wrath, as he usually becomes physically violent. Aside from when his temper is flaring however, he does not like violence. He prefers to take control through other methods, strongly disagreeing with the old saying that 'it is better to be feared than loved.' Although not very expressive in general, when it comes to earning someone's trust and loyalty, there's no better.
Incredibly intelligent, Akhor is the perfect strategist. He always seems to know his opponent's next move. He's very apt in strategy, cleverness, and wit, and practically always has control of a situation, or at least tries to. An important aspect of Akhor's personality is that he is incredibly unforgiving. If you betray him, there's no going back. He holds a grudge like no other, and it is by no means a silent one.

History: Akhor was born in the Caesari Region with both his parents alive, Clover and Alexander. Upon his birth, his parents bought a newly born Eevee as well, which became his constant companion. Things did not stay this way for long however. His father was a high ranking officer in the Emperor's army, and his mother a peaceful woman who was skilled in thread work. Unknown to both Akhor and his father however, she was also an active rebel against the monarchy.
When Akhor was 8, she was discovered, and executed. It was this that sparked the boy's long-seeded hatred for anyone who betrayed him, as his mother had done just that, and left him. Life proceeded fairly normal from there on out, other than the fact that the male began to seclude himself from everyone else. It was at this age that Akhor evolved his Eevee into a Jolteon.
His father drilled Akhor to be the perfect soldier, and Jolteon was a mirror image of him. The two's personalities were identical, as well as their drive and determination. They trained endlessly with each other, battling other pokemon of his father's, and his own.
He entered the ranks of The Order at a young age, and rose quickly. He became a member of the elite four at age 20 and in the same year, the leader of the House of Phalanx, both posts that his father once held, until cancer took the man's life. He inherited his father's Feraligatr, Houndoom, and Arcanine, which joined the ranks of his Luxray and Lucario, whom he had since he was 14, and of course Jolteon.
