Tomko likes to keep his feelings to himself but if someone manages to crack his shell then he'll trust that person well enough to tell them more about himself. He can care a bit too much about his looks or destroying things to notice the bigger picture.

History: A former team Rocket member who was known as the greatest pokemon stealer in there ranks but then got bored of Geovanni telling him what to do so Tomko stole something from Team Rocket building and sold to get his new suit and shades. After a while looking for a job Tomko found one working for Team Sentry.
