Kazuhiro looked upon the Pokemon Lab that was claimed for the likes of the Order. He questioned whether or not he would fit into this organization as a person without any Pokemon training experience, or any Pokemon at all. But he couldn't be the only person in the Order who lacked Pokemon, for they did have this specially built Lab right in front of him where he would supposedly receive his Pokemon and some gear and be on his way out. Kazuhiro figured that perhaps it would be more difficult than that. He didn't really know what to expect, but he thought that just waltzing in there and getting your stuff was just too easy. Perhaps even getting the Pokemon in itself would present a problem.Kazuhiro walked into the laboratory, not presently seeing anybody around. He wanted a Pokemon with haste, and wasn't sure if there was some sort of hidden bell in which he could ring to make things go faster or some secret password in which he would have to state to make a professor come out. Kazuhiro said with a hint of unsureness in his voice, "By any chance might there be a person in here in which could grant me a Pokemon and the necessary gear?"
Kazuhiro took a brief pause. He was slightly proud of himself that he was able to say that. He didn't know in which way to conduct himself in this region yet. He usually learned from the people, and so far he hadn't really been around much people. So he acted as he had in his previous region, somewhat quiet but with the ability to talk when granted the opportunity. He then resumed his talking, with a very little pause in between his words. "Perhaps the Pokemon I receive could be Poison type?" Kazuhiro had moved forward lightly, with quietness in his step. He was unsure if someone was going to burst out from a corner or what was going to happen. Hopefully, whoever helped him out would be graceful and not scare him half to death, or at least be a halfway decent person. He didn't want to be given a hard time just for being different among the Order, but he imagined that at one time or another it would happen, despite his overall loyalty to the cause guiding his actions.

everybody's got a part to play to start each day in a beautiful way Being a professor in a pokemon laboratory was much more detailed work than most thought. Especially for some of these Order members who were incapable of grasping basic concepts other than fighting. She didn't just sit around all day, waiting to hand out pokemon to new trainers. There was other work to be done. Administrative work, finance and accounting, and of course research. There was always research to be done. So much so that sometimes it flustered the young woman to get all the work done. This particular afternoon had so far proven to be uneventful, with no trainers coming in and so she and her pokemon had retreated to the back room, for some much needed and boring filing. Phobetor, the Alakazam had glanced up from the stacks of papers he shuffled back and forward, pretending to file, thinking he heard a noise, but let it slide. You think for a psychic pokemon he would have been able to see the young man coming, but laziness was also a great force. For fear of keeping him waiting when she heard his call, she left the piles of paper in a mess on the floor. "I'll be one moment!" she shouted from the back room, flustered.
"I'm really sorry about that..." she smiled apologetically, emerging from one of the rooms from the back of the laboratory. Her lab coat flapped open as she walked and she tossed the loose strands of golden curls over her shoulder. "I hope I didn't keep you waiting too long. I didn't hear you come in". She had honestly expected him to be shouting the laboratory down by now, as many of the new members often did. But she was pleasantly surprised when she emerged to see the young man, waiting politely. His voice was calm and polite, almost shy. "I'm Dr Xerena Xanthe." the young woman introduced herself, her cheeks flushing with a pale pink as she extended her hand to shake. "But you can call me Dr X, everyone else does.". The name made her sound a lot more notorious than she was in reality, but it came with the territory. "I haven't seen you around before. What's your name?". At some point in their career, she'd seen all the trainers of the Order, but this particular young man, who she had to place her age or at least there about, she hadn't seen before. Which was a pity, seeing that he was much more pleasant in attitude than the other Order members. And he was kind of cute.
"Poison types are no problem. Let's see what we can get for you" Dr X beamed, waving a hand for him to follow her further down the laboratory. At the far end of the laboratory was a wall lined from top to bottom with shelves. On each of those shelves were hundreds of pokeballs squeezed in tight. Clicking her fingers, a yellow blur appeared in front of them. Teleporting from the other room was Hypnos, the aptly named Hypno. "Can you get a few down for me?" she asked the bipedal elephant, who obliged. A faint yellow glow appeared around five pokeballs, floating them down so they wavered in front of Kazuhiro. In a split second, he dropped them all and they fell to the ground, erupting in a red light as they collided with the ground, each revealing a different pokemon for him to chose from.
A small purple rodent was the first to form. "The first I can offer you is a Nidoran. With hard work, you'll be rewarded with a powerful Nidoking". The second to form was a Grimer, which first formed as a purple splodge of slime on the flood. "Next is Grimer, a pure poison type. It's dynamic fluid body is particularly useful" the professor explained as the third pokemon formed. "This is Qwilfish. I understand it's not a pure poison type, but the water and poison combination gives you a broader range of attacks and skills.". Fourth to form was the snake pokemon, Seviper. Initially it was curled, before rearing its head up, red eyes staring intently at the new trainer. "Last but not least, I can offer you Croagunk. The dual poison and fighting type". The five pokemon stood in a line, looking up at the young man, eager to know which of them he'd pick. "Do any of these take your fancy? If not, I may have another one or two in the back..." Dr X added. Normally she didn't like to offer further pokemon to the new trainers, but she liked this boy and was happy to make the exception.

After a split second more of waiting a new development had appeared. He heard a gentle voice, yelling out from somewhere where he could not see. He waited another second patiently before a woman burst from in front of him, coming from a little way away from him. She seemed nice enough, and she seemed honestly sorry that she had not been ready from the start. This was already more welcoming than he had first assumed from the Order. They were an evil people, and before him stood a woman that was already appeared quite kind. Who knows, maybe they all were this kind to their fellow comrades. Or maybe she wasn't nice, and just felt sorry for the time being for being late.
As the woman had introduced herself as Doctor Xerena Xanthe, she has offered her hand to shake. Kazuhiro obliged silently, realizing that she had a bit more to say than what she had already said. So he didn't speak anything just yet. However, as she continued and called herself Doctor X she also asked for Kazuhiro's name. She must see a couple people like him every day, he didn't see why she would want to know his name. But he didn't want to disrespect her or anyone of a higher power by not complying. He followed her as she motioned for him to do so, hoping that this would lead to him getting his Pokemon. Looking a ways ahead of him he saw a shelf lined with Pokeballs. This had to be the area in which he would receive his Pokemon, and it looked pretty easy.
In a blur a Pokemon appeared in front of them, and a seemingly split second later a couple of Pokeballs were out in front of them. When they were dropped quite a few Pokemon appeared from them, and they all looked decently decent. They were all of poison type, which is good because that is just as he had asked. After they had all been introduced Kazuhiro took a good look at all of them before him. "Thank you ma'am... or Dr. X. My name is Kazuhiro, I'm sort of new to the Order..." Kazuhiro wasn't sure if it was within order to admit his lack of experience, or if he were to be shunned for his lack of experience by her or any other members of the organization. Whatever the case was, he had already admitted his lack of experience.
Just being here was that saddened admittance, the admittance that you need a little extra help from your elders. But he knew that he needed help from his respective leaders, such as this woman. She seemed pretty experienced herself in her job, whereas Kazuhiro would be the exact opposite, sort of unaware of how he could do these things. "I very much appreciate this by the way, I originally had the expectation you would be sort of mad that I had to come here for my Pokemon instead of finding them myself. Perhaps the others in the Order will be more like you, instead of what I see them as in my expectations." Kazuhiro paused to look over the Pokemon in front of him.
"I suppose I will choose the one right there, Nidoran, right? It looks decent and if hard work really will pay off with this Pokemon, it is worth it... I hope." His voice was still silent and unsure, although in a way it was better than that of which it was when he first entered the lab. He looked from the Pokemon that had been called upon as Nidoran, than back to Xerena, awaiting a response patiently.

everybody's got a part to play to start each day in a beautiful way "You're most welcome. It's nice to meet you, Kazuhiro." she replied with a beaming smile. "Take all the time you need". Choosing your first pokemon was a serious affair. This was the pokemon that would be with you, in most cases, for the rest of your life and would no doubt be any trainers strongest pokemon. Her own starter pokemon had been a Drowzee. Now the very same Hypno would fetched the selection of pokeballs for her. As much as she adored Hypnos, she was often wished she had the chance to choose a pokemon like so many trainers rather than the circumstances in which she was given the psychic elephant.
She listened to him intently as he explained his situation while going over each pokemon. It didn't surprise her greatly that he was new to the Order and only now had came for his first pokemon. Some members of the order had not even came for pokemon. One of the women of House Malaise had been with the Order for three years and had only lately received her first pokemon (and she was verging on her thirties) so in no way did his inexperience within the order cloud her judgment. "I wish I could tell you everyone in the order were like me but I'd only be lying.." X replied, with a slight sight. "But don't let that discourage you, some are tough nuts to crack while sometimes you'll find a genuine ray of light." explained the Professor. House Malaise were particularly full of bad ass jerks, but if you looked hard enough, there was the possibility for friendships within such an evil society. "You're always welcome down here and if you ever need anything, don't be afraid to call" she added warmly.
As he selected his pokemon, she turned to a large filing cabinet. Nidoran was an excellent choice, he was swift and skilled and would only get larger and more powerful with time. Rifling through the drawer, she pulled out a small black rucksack. A stong pokemon alone couldn't win its way through the world. Inside the bag was a number of items that he would find invaluable. "In here you'll find all the items you need to start you off. More can be purchased from any city pokemart. Also, you'll need a moonstone to evolve him to his final stage, which you can find at the mart for around $3000". X handed him the bag and the pokeball for Nidoran, while setting about returning the others. They would have their day soon enough. "I don't think there is anything else, so I wish you luck. Don't be a stranger"
Pokemon: Nidoran ♂ Type: Poison Level: 5 Ability: Poison Point: The opponent has a 30% chance of being induced with POISON when using an attack, that requires physical contact, against this Pokémon. Attacks: Leer, Peck. You also received: Pokedex x1 (of your choice in colour) Pokeball x5 Potion x5 Full Heal x4 Town Map x1 Pokedex x1 Berry Bag x1 TM Case x1

Kazuhiro looked upon his first choice carefully. Nidoran looked like a good Pokemon, and it would appear to house some power. But Kazuhiro was more concerned as to how the Nidoran would fit in. Kazuhiro was looking for something natural looking, like a pet of sorts. He knew that's not the purpose Nidoran would serve, but carrying around something that wasn't horribly threatening yet sort of nice looking would be okay. Kazuhiro was unaware as to how the Pokemon would look as it evolved, but he made the assumption it would be a while before it got to the point in which it would be able to evolve anyway. He also figured it would grow in size as it evolved, but that was okay. Evolution would be sort of exciting, a new door to open.
Kazuhiro listened to the woman carefully, making sure he didn't miss anything of relevance. Kazuhiro was slightly saddened by the fact that the professor had noted that most people in the Order were all toughies and such. Kazuhiro could make friends with them, couldn't he? Kazuhiro had already thought through the fact that many of the people in the Order would more than likely be too caught up in their own evil matters to pay any attention to the more unoccupied Kazuhiro. Kazuhiro didn't want to run the risk of befriending the non Order people, for he himself did not want to question his loyalty or be punished.
Suddenly he was handed a black bag, in which was supposed to be full of the things he would need. He didn't know what the bag would truthfully contain, but he would check that later. He looked up at her from the bag and said, "I'm sure I will find someone to befriend soon. In the meantime I have this little guy to deal with." Kazuhiro spoke almost jokingly, but his voice never went along with it. "Thank you again. I hope the rest of your day turns out good and such."Kazuhiro took the Pokeball and shoved it deep into one of the deep pockets of his cloak. With that he turned and walked to the door of the lab.
