Scars/Markings: Birth mark shaped like wings on his arm, several inches above the wrist
General Appearance: Markus is constantly wearing a black suit with a white t-shirt beneath it. His wristwatch is shined every other day so that it keeps its glow, and he also wears black business boots. He wears a nice, black belt made to be able to hold his Pokeballs. He also wears a single, black glove.

Personality: Markus is naturally humorous and friendly, but only with those that are his friends. For him, though the process of making friends is a hard one. Because he is a member of the International Police, he's naturally secretive, but when he has to battle someone, he can and will break out of his secret regime with a blast of destructive power. When in battle, since he rarely is, he does seriously enjoy showing off...

• How I Became Who I Am •

History: Markus began as a Trainer in the Star Region. His first Pokemon was the first form of Haxorus, and after obtaining his first Pokemon, he set out to become a Pokemon Master. His skill in battle quickly became well known, and a certain group eventually grew quite interested in Markus. After eventually failing as a Trainer because of a lack of conduct after losing a single battle in a Gym Match, Markus decided to abandon becoming a Pokemon Master. This was when the International Police moved in to recruit him.
He had just turned eighteen. He was on his way back to his home town to return to a normal life, although this time with his Pokemon along side of him. In his travels, he'd captured the first forms of all of his current Pokemon. He didn't make it all the way home, though, as he was intercepted by a group from the International Police asking him to join. After hearing the recruiter out, Markus decided that he would join, and so went with the recruiter and his envoy back to the HQ. There, he began his training. Although the techniques of the International Police in their training is unknown, it is easy to tell that it's intense. Markus emerged a new man, and a man with a mission.
Now with his Pokemon (at their current strength), all of which had received training for ten years straight with no let up, Markus was sent to the Star Region once again, back to the place where he'd started it all. It had been ten years since he'd left. When he returned, it was on a mission of the utmost importance. He was to work on the take down of the group known as The Order, and although he couldn't directly stand up against its leader, he could work on taking it down piece by piece. It would take time, he knew, but he had all the time he needed, according to High Command. So, with all of this in mind, Markus proceeded to the Star Region, where he now works on the down fall of The Order in whatever ways that he can.
Other: I got permission from BellaMae for the high level Pokemon... (I would have included more on how the training of his Pokemon occurred, but I really have no idea how the International Police train their members, as they are a secret group in the Pokemon world, and are therefore mostly unknown territory)
