General Appearance: Standing at six foot even Chester isn't the geeky type most people assume he is with his name. No instead the boy with the gentle German accent is very clean lined in his appearance. His skin is soft and white if not pale, but that is because he burns very easy so stays out of the sun as much as he can. His hands and feet are normal size for a man of his height. Not to big nor to small even though he is a little on the thin side. He is lean and has some tone to his body, but he is far from fully toned. He does however have a light outline of a six pack on his abs, but it isn't that noticeable. What is noticeable about him is his bright blue eyes that sit nicely on his face. His hair only goes to his ears, but frames his face nicely. It is the color of that which is no color at all - black. However no matter how clean his looks he enjoys sporting messy looking hair. It just seems natural to him.
• There's More Than Meets The Eye •
Likes:
{Dragon pokemon} There as always been something about dragon pokemon that has drawn them to him. Or rather drawn him to them. It is hard for him to explain, but the beauty the hold is unlike any other.
{Ice pokemon} He also loves ice pokemon. The chill they send down his spine, the element that is a part of them Oh it is all thrilling stuff for him.
{The rain} There is nothing as wonderful as the sound of the rain. He just finds delight in it. It has a wonderful smell and feel against his skin.
{Hard work} He has always believed that in order to be good at anything one has to work hard. So he is very fond of hard work.
{Green Apples} They are just yummy with their sourly goodness.
{Strawberry Lemonade} Home made strawberry Lemonade it is just so good and he loves it to death. He can almost always be seen drinking some.
Dislikes:
{Sunlight} No he isn't a vampire he just burns very easy. So really it is the sunburns he gets from sunlight that he doesn't like.
{Fire pokemon} They are ok just not really his style. He doesn't hate them just dislikes them and if given a chance to catch a wild fire type he would probably decline and allow it to be a free wild fire type.
{Chocolate} Call him weird he just doesn't like chocolate.
{Thieves} Steal from him or even try to and he'll have your hands broken.
Strengths:
{Clever} He is quiet clever and able to figure things out quickly. As well as create plans that work most of the time.
{His Love} There might be things that he hates, but he has a big heart with a lot of love to shower on his pokemon and children he loves children.
{Reading} Some might say that reading isn't a strength, but a like. However he is a very strong reader and able to read at a high level for books, but he is also able to read his pokemon and other pokemon fairly well.
Weaknesses:
{Temper} Act first and ask questions later. Ever heard of it? Him well you would think not as he has a rather short temper at times. For example if you try to steal from him, or if he thinks you are watch your fingers has he has a habit of trying to break them.
{Burns easy} Yea there is nothing really to say about that. He just burns very easy so he always has to cover up and wear a lot of sunblock.
{Serious} Were as being serious is often a good thing he doesn't have a sense of humor. Maybe a little one, but for the most part he is too serious for his own good.
{Daydreamer} How could someone be serious and a daydreamer? Well Chester is just odd like that. He always seem to lose himself in his dreams and in his thoughts. Maybe he is just a deep thinker? Maybe.
Personality: At his very core Chester is the least nerdiest persons you cold find. He is calm and polite with a sense of humor that left him years ago. He tents to laugh at the jokes that aren't very good or at the wrong time. He is serious, but at the same time a kind person. Well kind if you don't do wrong by him. Steal from him or do something to get on his bad side and you will find yourself on the wrong end of his temper. One that has landed him in jail plenty of times before in Johto. The man loves children and would do anything to protect them if there is trouble while he is around. Even if they aren't his own. He doesn't have any children besides his pokemon, but he does want some someday. Being a loving man it is no wonder that he has a crush on a pretty lady he met a few years back when he first came to the region, but for a man who hates chocolate being romantic is next to impossible for him or so it seems anyways.

Family: Mother: Helga VonDogr, Father: Gunter VonDogr, Twin brother: Peter VonDogr, Little sister: Rosemary VonDogr.
History: Chester was born the second son to Gunter and Helga VonDogr. He was born only a mere three minutes after his twin brother Peter, but twenty-two years before his younger sister Rosemary. However his baby sister is adopted so that isn't as odd as it sounds.
Chester grow up living very well for he was born into a wealthy family. He got whatever he wanted, but was never happy with it just being handed to him. For example when he was ten he told his mother that he would love a Dratini. Meaning that he would love to catch a Dratini and she went out and bought him one. He was happy yes, very happy, but he was also disappointed that he didn't get to catch it himself. His father had raised him to be a strong boy one that could do things himself. However when his parents bought the rights to a struggling breeding farm that bred Chikoritas he know what he wanted to do with his life. He wanted to breed pokemon.
So after his journey in Johto and Kanto he came to the Star Region with Morgan the Dratini his mother had given him ten years before and Frosty the Spheal he had catch on his own. Buying some land he started his very own breeding farm in which he has had his ups and down with for the past nine years.
Other: If I am not allowed a shiny please tell me and I wasn't sure if Spheal was rare or not. I don't think so.
