If you want to trade a Pokemon, just create a new thread with the following information:
The Pokemon you have up for trade:
Nickname: Bob
Level: 28
Gender: Female
Personality: Awesome, Courageous, Lucky
Attacks: Thunderbolt, Thundershock, Bite, Tackle
And then name the Pokemon you want. If there's a variety, list them all. If you're not sure, just say, "Offers?" And people will obviously offer Pokemon to you.
Once you agree to a trade, you cannot trade back without creating a new thread, and with the consent of the other person, going through the process again.
