The rain that feel was rather warm, but it sounded very nice against his umbrella as the young man walked down the street. He had his pokemon with him, but rather then having them walk down the street with him they where instead tucked away in his dark brown leather shoulder bag. Yea, yea laugh it up a man with a purse, but really it wasn't a purse. Wearing a clean lined black suit and blue tie Chester walked at an easy pace. His black shoes clicking against the ground as he walked. Why had he wondered away from his farm and into town? Well no real reason honestly. Sure he did need some supplies like food for the workers and himself to eat, but that could wait until it stopped raining. Honestly through it didn't look like it was going to stop raining anytime soon.
Letting out a sigh he smiled to himself as he walked inside a small sandwich shop. Ordering himself a hero sub he paid then left when he had his food. Walking down the street again in the rain with the sub in one hand and the handle to his umbrella in the other he was quiet pleased with the slowness of the day. For it was only eleven in the morning and he loved the rain so he did hope it rained all day long which it most likely would as that was how things went in this area. Taking a bite of his sandwich he sat down on a bench that was mostly dry. It had been kept that way by the branches of a tree over head. Some rain still feel through though so he kept his umbrella opened as he sat there and ate slowly.

I knew I had forgotten something...
Katsuo thought as he walked through Reinshaw Town for no particular reason other than the fact he had been walking through a lot of the Star Region. Katsuo hadn't seen much Pokemon yet but he knew they were there on the outskirts. The region was a just a bundle of Pokemon, he knew it had to be so. He had taken in account a lot when he came here, such as how his breeding career would go through and how he would come to be known in this region. Katsuo, in all honesty, wasn't really too big on his success. Its just that, he thought it would be interesting to be successful, and the Shooting Star Ranch would help him do so while also putting him in a friendly environment.
But of course, he had forgotten an umbrella. Of all things to take in consideration, he forgot an umbrella. Surely if he stopped back at the ranch he could get one, but he didn't bother to do so at this time. He was more interested in meeting someone new or finding something a bit interesting to do to pass this seemingly long and uninteresting period of time. However, Katsuo did not show any sign of outward boredom as he walked down the street. Suddenly he saw a man, of say, late 20s. He was eating a sub and holding what appeared to be a purse. Okay. Maybe it wasn't a man. But it sure looked like one. Odd.
Also, Katsuo quickly realized them an had an umbrella. Simply enough, you could say Katsuo was a little jealous. Not because the man had a sub, no, he could get one right now. But he was being pelted with rain, and Katsuo personally did not enjoy the rain that much. Katsuo continued walking at a steady pace, following the man, but not too closely as to evoke any reaction at this point. He just wanted to see what he would do, not be a creeper or anything. Ever since Katsuo had gotten to this region all the friendly faces had made himself a bit more confident to start conversations, and honestly Katsuo could see that it was good he was coming out of his outsider shell.
Katsuo now recognized that this man had stopped at a bench, it actually looked pretty dry. Interesting enough. Katsuo decided perhaps he could go sit on the bench, because it only made sense that he would in order to avoid the rain. Perhaps the man had already gotten the idea that Katsuo had been following him all this way out of boredom, but if not, it didn't matter. Katsuo walked approached to bench slowly, and without making too much noise at all sat on the very edge of the bench. From there Katsuo reached into his dry coat pocket, and ate a handful of M&Ms. Katsuo loved the sugar, and honestly he thought he could survive purely off of it.
Katsuo finished his small handful of candy and continued looking forward into the nothingness. Suddenly, after a moment or two, Katsuo spoke, "What brings you to Reinshaw sir?" Katsuo continued looking forward and spoke as if he were talking to himself, however the words were targeted to the man who now sat next to him on this somewhat dry bench.
