Eyes: Wide and blue, doe-like sparkling with innocence and intrigue.
Scars/Markings: C-shaped scar just above her left hip towards the back.
General Appearance: On the whole, Xerena is a pretty girl, standing at around 5'5 in height, with a slim figure. She exhibits a classic hourglass figure, with generous breasts. She's not particularly built for strength or speed and is particularly lame when it comes to serious physical activity. Her skin is a pale peachy colour, not enough to look unhealthy but not exactly radiant. The pale skin colour contrasts with her eyes which are a striking bold blue in colour, set in wide sockets giving her a doe-eyed expression. Golden blonde curls fall down to her mid back level, with two larger curls framing the sides of her face.
Her attire is always smart, on account of her job may call on her at any moment. Typically, she wears a white shirt, accompanied by a pink cravat around her neck underneath the shirt collar. This is more often than not accompanied by a plated black or grey skirt, reaching knee length. Skin tone tights or thick white, knee length socks cover her legs depending on the occasion or the weather. On top, she wears an elegant tailored cream blazer. In the office, this is all covered over by a fitted white lab coat.
On occassion you can see her walking with a cane, but she prefers to keep this hidden when other people are with her.

Personality: Xerena's personality is a welcome change to that of most Order members. While they are often prideful, arrogant and self centered bent on world domination, Xerena is not much more than a sweet and friendly young woman. Her concerns are much more for the welfare of the pokemon, hence why she has taken up the laboratory job for the Order, rather than the mission.
She's mild mannered and friendly, happy to make conversation with anyone. She's always cheery, very much looking on the bright side of life and will do her best to cheer anyone up. Her incessant cheeriness can become quite annoying, especially to Order members who seem to relish being angry and miserable. While happy to make friends with anyone, she is not particularly outgoing and can be quite shy when it comes to going out and meeting new people, she much prefers meeting them when they come along, rather than going to look for them. Xerena is incredibly caring and helpful, always trying to make things better and help you out when you're feeling down.

History: Xerena Xanthe is the first child of internationally renowned pokemon photographer couple Aoide and Kronos Xanthe. Every since she could remember, she had a camera in her hand, snapping pictures of every pokemon she could find. From about three, her parents would take her off on adventures with them. She loved nothing more than to scramble around hills, snapping photos of wild pokemon. Xerena was following nicely in the steps of her parents, hoping to become an expert pokemon photographer like her parents until one day changed everything. Her family had taken a trip into the mountains, hoping to take pictures of elusive mountain dwelling pokemon. She found herself getting quickly out of breath climbing the slopes, something that had never happened before. She struggled to breathe, the world becoming dark around her and she collapsed.
The next time she woke up was in a hospital bed. She didn't know what going on. Her parents and the doctors tried their best to explain to her that her left kidney had failed, presumably due to an undetected infection and she had collapsed. In order to save her, the kidney had to be transplanted. They told her she would make a recovery but would probably have to walk with a cane for the rest of her life, hampering any career climbing in mountains snapping pokemon.
Her recovery was plagued with problems, resulting in lengthy hospital stays. In that time, her parents had had another child, who growing up felt Xerena had more attention due to her hospital stays, resulting in a hatred of Xerena by her sister Artemis which exists to this day. In hopes of aiding her recovery, her parents bought her her first pokemon, a psychic type Drowzee which could use its gift to help bring her things that she couldn't walk to reach.
In a few years, Xerena was almost back to normal, the new kidney no longer causing problems and she returned to live a healthy life, the only evidence of her problems was a C shaped scar above her left hip where they surgery occurred and the fact she had to walk with a cane occasionally. With her dreams of becoming a wildlife photographer ruined, she went on to university, excelling in pokemon studies, eventually gaining a PhD in psychic pokemon research. Following this, she managed to procure a job in the lab for a mystery group in Star Region.
Other: I made her up just to be an assistant in the lab to give someone a starter but I decided I liked her that much I think I'd keep her, if that was okay.
