General Appearance:

Typically wears fancy clothes that give away his position as a Nobel among the Order. Rather, he wears it to hide his feelings of insecurity amid the pecking order that is usually determined by whoever is Nobel, and who is not. He's naturally pretty, though he's rather sheepish. He isn't confident, and one can usually tell this by looking at him. He keeps himself well and is very picky about appearance. He enjoys carrying a pan flute around that he plays when thinking or when he thinks he's alone.

Personality;;

One to watch things grow than tear stuff down, he's an easy going kinda guy. He's extremely loyal to his Lord Sovereign and thinks serving him is the greatest honor one could have through out one's life, as he had been raised. However, he is the questioning sort who wonders if there's something wrong with everyone around him... as though he was the only sane person in an asylem. Of course, he thinks he's the crazy person because everyone else seems to enjoy stealing and performing acts that hurt others. He does his best to fit in, but to no avail as he always seems to give a half hearted performance.

History:

Born a commoner, he knows the life that waited for him had his parents returned. One of mediocrity, one of no dreams, no way to progress or rise in rank or status. His real parents died while serving the Lord Sovereign on a parilous mission. It had been an unforeseeable turn of events that brought about their demise in a moment of glory, heroism that saved the lives of many others while sacrificing their own. Such bravery was not unrewarded. The infant that had lost its family was adopted into a Nobel line. The Kururugi's were less than honored to have a 'street rat' living under their roof, but they were happy to carry out their Lord Sovereign's wishes and honor the dead.

Raikou grew up with education, purpose, regalty, and a sense of alienation from the world. Though he was Nobel, he wasn't in the eyes of all who looked upon him down their noses. And in the eyes of the commoners... he was nobel. He grew up in a house of nobels, he was just as foul and arrogant as the rest of them. This had much to do with how little he thought of himself and how alone he felt because he was never good enough. He hadn't known any other father or mother than those who raised him, and they disowned him without giving him much chance. Of course, during parties and such they would all pretend to tolerate him, but it was the look in their eyes... their subtle choice of words that sent other meanings from their sugar-coated tongues.

When he was old enough, he was handed over to the House Malaise to have discipline beaten into him as well as a malicious attitude. At least, that's what the Kururugi's hoped of him. To hope that he would be as loyal and honorable as his parents as a grunt. The young man had been told there was no greater honor than carrying out his Lord's wishes all his life. And while he believed it half-heartedly, he wondered if there wasn't something more he was missing. If there was something more everyone around him didn't seem to understand. Though he couldn't name it, it was just a feeling that there was more... but he would never dare utter such blasphemy in front of anyone he knew or would know.

Other: Hmm... I guess this time there is something else I can add. Raikou will be a constant supporter of the Order, however interactions with Trainers/Breeders and Citizens will be less hostile and more comic than anything. He'll still pretend to be an Order member, but he's the kinda guy who'd catch a pokemon and say he stole it.
