Hair: Harper's hair is slate black and clean cut. However, it is almost always in a clean bun. Her hair is almost never in her face. In the rare case that you catch her with her hair down, it reaches to her waist and is parted down the middle, keeping her face clear of hair.
Eyes: Harper's eyes are a pretty distinguished blood red.
Scars/Markings: Harper takes pride in keeping her skin flawless.
General Appearance:

Harper, in all elements, always comes off as looking clean cut and careful. She doesn't necessarily look elegant, or beautiful, but she does look like she's a woman who takes very good care of herself. She's five feet and five inches on the mark, she's a very average height, and a very average weight. Though her chest size is a little above average, most things about Harper are average and cut to be that way. Despite this all, her bone structure is very sharp, and all around intimidating. She wears tight fitting clothes for work, despite the fact that they typically hinder her fighting ability. Under the clothing, and the creation of her own persona, she is very strong and not someone to be messed with. Despite looking all around average, something about her eyes conveys that message well.

Personality:

Harper's heart is made of ice. She is a cold, cold woman who's only interest is herself and her own well-being. While she is a strong woman, she's gotten so to the point where she refuses to let other people in because that would show vulnerability. Because of that all, she comes off as a razor-sharp woman. Someone that, without as much as touching you, could destroy you with a glare and a personal letter to the Emperor himself. She is powerful in more ways than one, so to speak. Though without a doubt, even if she wasn't, one wouldn't want to mess with her. She's just downright cold, cruel, and manipulative. Her loyalties tend to lie with the highest bidder, and if anyone could get the job done, it would be her. Some rumor that she truly is ice personified. If anyone would dare to touch her, she'd probably lack a heartbeat and feel just like ice.

History:

Harper's history is a mystery to everyone but herself. She was born in an entirely different region, in the heart of a large city. She was actually a very happy child, but there was obvious disruptions in her family life. Once she hit puberty, her parents divorced for simple reasons. They just didn't get along, and that was fine. Harper kept in close contact with both of her parents, and not much changed. Around the time she was fourteen, her mother started dating a new man.

Now he, was the problem.

He was incredibly abusive to Harper and her younger sister. In many ways. Harper was a very intelligent young girl, and knew right from wrong. Being very protective of her younger sister, the abuse did not sit well with her. Though, she waited through it all and waited for the correct moment to strike. One night he came in, on a rampage, and started to assault Karli. At that moment, Harper sent a knife into the man's back. Harper killed him and left right after. She was on the road by the age of fifteen.

Luckily, a woman like her knew when they needed connections. She went to the first lab she could find and begged (like she was some sort of lost little girl) for a Pokemon. What she was gifted with, was a quiet little Oddish. She caught the first ferry out of there, at that point. Hitched a ride to the Star Region. And that was where she made her name. She worked through the Order, using her pure intelligence to bring down her foes. They call her The Poison Professor, now. She's got power, and connections, and a lot of dirty little secrets that she'd die before let the world know.
