General Appearance:

Wears long sleeved, button up shirts most of the time with the arms rolled up, exposing the forearm. Depending on the color, he wears a contrasting short sleeved undershirt. One will never see him without his necklace with the Fire like glyph. It is a present he recieved from his father and he holds it dear. His hair is spiky and is typically a little messy, the bangs falling to cover an eye. He almost always wears darkly colored jeans with the same shoes. On the jeans, whether he needs it or not, he wears a belt with six slots for Pokeballs. He typically keeps his Pokedex in his right front pocket.

When one looks at him, they can tell he exhudes with confidence in himself and his pokemon feed off it as though it gives them new life. He's one to always push himself, his pokemon, and those around him to never give in, no matter how hopeless the situation looks. He's a bad loser and will always look for an opening to exploit. Tactical and silent most the time, Ito is an observer, one to hang back in the crowd before getting involved in something. Even though he's typically shy, he has a bit of a Hero-complex. He can't walk away from someone in trouble, even if it ends up getting him hurt in the process.

Personality:

Ito lives by the code his father taught him. Respect, Valor, Integrity, Honor, and Skepticism. He respects everyone's opinions and voice, trying not to judge by appearance alone, he listens to what others have to say. He is couragious and doesn't hesitate to help others in need. He protects those who cannot protect themselves and upholds a sense of justice whenever he can. He is honor bound. We would never strike someone pleading to be spared as he would never strike someone with their back turned. He doesn't care if one is female or male, both will be delt with with the same standards and reprecautions. He holds himself to just as high expectations as he holds others and will try not to lie when he can help it. He makes it a point to give the brutal, honest truth and to treat everything equally. The last of the tenints is Skepticism. He tries to be fair, yet holds everything at face value until proven otherwise. He is cautious and always has a back-up plan. He lives by the phrase 'plan for the worst, hope for the best'.

• How I Became Who I Am •

Family:

His mother died from complications at child birth leaving his father, Blaze Hajime, alone to raise him. None of his relatives lived nearby, all making their home in different major cities. Heck, he couldn't visit a city without part of his family living there! However, his father was the only one who broke that tradition. He made his home out in the middle of nowhere under the shadow of a mountain.

History:

'Be your own man'. Those were the last words his father told him before Ito set off on his own adventure. A bit of a late bloomer, Ito had been helping his father on the pokemon daycare center. Helping take care of and breeding the pokemon of travelers who passed by, it was like a pokecenter in the middle of nowhere. A very convenient place for trainers whose pokemon needed medical attention where no pokemon centers were. Ito learned a sense of duty while working for his father. Dedication and respect for pokemon as they too were living, breathing things with minds and feelings just like any human. He was taught loyalty by the pokemon, a sense of love to their trainers that inspired him, even as a kid to become a trainer! To have pokemon of his own!

The tales he heard of different people's journeys and legends of pokemon only fueled the fire as Ito itched to start his own adventure. However, for three years it had been on hold. His father was short on help and he couldn't keep the pokemon center going without him. However, a traveling breeder heard of Ito's dream and how he had been helping his father all these years and was touched. While his dream was to be a famus breeder, he decided to stay and cover for Ito while he explored the world. Pointing him in the direction of the Lab, he and his father stood outside as Ito left a blazing trail of passion to where his journey would soon begin...
