GENERAL APPEARANCE --Rosie is a slender and rather average young woman, she isn’t particularly strong and you can tell that much by looking at her thin build, the reason why she is pretty skinny is because she’s a vegetarian and doesn’t tend to eat a lot. She stands at 5’5 in height which is rather average for a fully grown female and her skin tone is pale yet slightly tanned from the time she spends in the gardens or outside. She has a small scar on her thigh from an accident as a child when she fell out of a tree, earning her with multiple scrapes and cuts, the one on her thigh was the worst though and still shows up to this day. Her hair is a soft and colourful pink which reaches down to her waist, it’s naturally straight so she doesn’t feel the need to attack it with hair-straighteners, meaning that the long shiny strands of pink hair are rather healthy and well kept. Rosie’s eyes are a bright sky blue in colour.
For clothes Rosette often is seen wearing dresses on the warm summer days and is very into girly fashionable clothes, owning a huge range of cute dresses, skirts, shorts and tops to wear. In the winter though, you’ll often see Rosette wrapped up in a bundle of clothes considering she doesn’t handle the cold very well, expect to see her wearing lots of layers while still trying to look fashionable in her selection of clothes.

PERSONALITY --Rosette is a rather quiet young woman who is often seen as rather shy and anti-social, this isn’t the case though she does have a bit of trouble with meeting people for the first time, she is just a quiet person in nature but will open up and become more outgoing in the company of good friends. Naturally because she is quiet Rosie is rather observant as well as a good listener and she’ll remember things well that she hears, this makes her rather knowledgeable with a lot of things that she has head and remembered. She is a rather patient person and is pretty easy going, she doesn’t get impatient very often unless its within reason and she hardly gets angry at all, she doesn’t let things bother her or get to her easily. However, when she is pushed too far or you do something to really upset and anger her, then it’s like all her stored away fury is released and she can be aggressive and loud, though it is a fact that the majority of the times when this happens she does tend to burst into tears from her frustration and anger. Thankfully it isn’t often that she is pushed over the edge but it is noted by people that know her to try and not make her angry; otherwise you may regret it later.
She is caring towards her friends and pokémon; she is also a very hardworking young woman when it comes to training for battles and tending to her garden of flowers and berries. It is to be noted that she is a very disorganised and messy person, meaning her house is basically a tip and she seems to always misplace things, especially when it revolves around something important, stating she’ll place it somewhere safe and then forgetting where it was that she put it. Hand in hand with her disorganised trait she is pretty poor at time keeping skills as well, expect her to be late if you have an appointment with her.
Rosette can be a rather gullible creature, she can often be tricked and fooled, she tends to believe in most things she is told which often lands her in trouble more often than not. She has a rather sarcastic sense of humour and will often say something witty in a playful banter; she especially finds sarcasm funny in return. Another thing to note is that she tends to hold a grudge against someone who has done wrong to her or betrayed her in any way, it’ll take a lot of grovelling and patience before she starts to trust you again. Rosie can sometimes be adventurous and you’ll often find her away from her gym and spending some time with nature, especially in grassy areas mingling with her preferred and specialising type of grass and poison.

HISTORY --Rosette was born and raised in Woodland Town, to be perfectly honest her childhood was nothing special. She was an adventurous yet quiet child who enjoyed playing outside even when it was raining; claiming that being outside was far more interesting than being stuck within walls. At the end of her large garden that her family owned an Oddish had made its home in a bush, Rosie was instantly interested by the pokémon with leaves on its head and was particularly sad when the pokémon moved onto a different place to make its home. After the friendly encounter with the Oddish, she found herself wanting to learn more about the grass type, resulting in her researching about them as well as observing them whenever she was lucky enough to see one in the wild.
At the age of twelve she went on her independent journey around the Star Region, her starter pokémon was a Bulbasaur and from there she found herself adding more and more grass types to her team as she continued on her journey, along with the poison and bug type, Venomoth. Despite having a very limited team in a type point of view, Rosette managed to defeat all the gym leaders in the region by the time she was fourteen and at the age of fifteen, she had managed to beat two out of three Elite Four members. That was as far as she was capable of going though at that point and with nothing else to do, she returned home.
Living at Woodland Town again she sustained a job as a sales assistant in a local florist and enjoyed being around the flowers all day long, her pokémon were especially happy there, considering they were allowed to tag along, all of them feeling at home and relaxed in the presence of the flowers. When she turned Seventeen she met a young man named Isaac who she grew very close too, enough so that within a few months they became a couple. They were mainly opposites though, while Isaac was bubbly and outgoing, Rosette was still quiet and care free, despite this they seemed to get in well, enough so that they moved in together when she turned Eighteen.
Things didn’t last though and despite being together for a couple of years, Rosette was twenty, the two of them began to slowly grow apart, the two of them continuing to hold on because they were afraid to end the relationship despite knowing it was the best thing to do. They got into frequent arguments about silly little things and generally weren’t as close to each other as they used to be, this kept up for a couple of months before the two came to a mutual agreement that they should end things. Despite knowing it was within her best interest and the right thing to do, Rosie was still horribly upset over the whole thing and spent a number of weeks sulking around and trying to get over it, trying to carry on with her life. The thing that managed to pull her out of her sorrow was the gym leader auditions, the recent leader had just given birth and had no wish to keep her position, wanting to be a full time mother. Deciding there was no harm in trying, Rosette applied for the position of the Grass/Poison Gym Leader, feeling interested in the position and also having a strange desire to apply for it, as if this was meant for her. Obviously with her extensive knowledge and her battle skills, Rosette was offered the position of the Woodland Town gym leader which she quickly accepted.
