fiona vanderbilt ___________________________________________ The Sakura Forest was huge. It had so many various Saukura trees looming above the large mass of pure, green, luscious grass. The trees were crawling with pokemon off all sort. The ground had numerous holes in it, obviously home to serveral pokemon, as there were cute tiny footprints all over the fresh soil. The Sakura Forest was great place for trainers. So many pokemon for them to capture and train and battle against. It was all so amazing and beautiful. The Sakura Forestwas simply perfect. It was magical on its own. It was paradise to everyone. And Fiona Vanderbilt was so excited.
Not just excited, she just couldn't take it anymore. She couldn't tolerate another minute without investigating it's wonders. Her farm was waiting for her! Of course, her pokemon wanted to see Fiona's lovely farm. Their paradise. There perfect farm: Stargazing Ranch. It was supposed to be built after some amazing resort area, for that the pokemon could attain the maximum relaxation and fun as possible. Also, Fiona was going to get her own special villa! With her own pool and a garden, and many plots of dirt for berries! She could wait. That's why she wanted to get out and explore as soon a possible. So she packed up her bags, and started out with her pokemon, her huge, excited smile on her face.
"Leonardo! I don't walk that fast." Fiona called to her Mawile and Marill. "I know you want to get to the ranch, but maybe we can slow down a bit?"
Arabelle was admiring everything. She loved flowers. She was picking them and hugging them and dropping them. Behind her was a cute little trail of flowers. She was never a fast walker, and she could care less about how fast they got there. Yeah, she wanted to get there, but she thought the trip should be fun! Fiona eyed trees on their right. Perhaps there were some pokemon in there? And that small section of light probably meant a patch of grass for them! Their little pathway of dirt really wasn't helping them, anyways...
"Turn right. We're going to find some pokemon!" Fiona announced, swerving right. Leonardo and Arabelle followed hesitantly. They were horrible battlers...

The warm weather had many pokemon out and about in the forest. It was abundant with tons of different kinds, and was likely the most diverse area around the region. Different flying types soared through the sky, and settled high up in the trees, away from prying eyes. Many ground types were burrowed away deep beneath the soil, while other types yet bathed out in the sun, drank from small ponds, or grazed in the lush green grass. A small clearing was lit by the sunlight, and laid across with tall fingers of grass. Off to the right, a pokemon grazed, it's yellow fluffy fur bright in the shining light of the sun. It was a female Mareep, and it believed itself completely alone. Each few moments it took a step forward, locating a new little section of sweet grass. It was lunchtime, and it was starving! Suddenly it paused, seemingly in response to a sound. A Starly fluttered its wings, causing the leaves about it to rustle as it took off from its perch on a branch, and soared across the clearing, coming to land directly across from where it had been sitting on the other side, upon a new branch. It peered down at the Mareep, who held its gaze for a short moment longer, before returning to its grazing. Name: Mareep Gender: Female Level: 6 Attacks: Tackle, Growl

fiona vanderbilt ___________________________________________ Fiona's hopes, even in the state of death, would never die. She was an optimistic little bundle and pure joy. She found everything so happy and nice. And she loved details. She loved pointing of the little things in life that made it all great. She made her way through the soft soiled and abundance of green plants and found a wonderful little patch of grass and flowers. Fiona's hair shimmered in the brilliant light, and her eyes twinkled with joy. This place was so pretty and cute! Where were Leo and Arabelle to see such a wonder? She almost wanted to go on a nagging spree, but she didn't want to ruin the moment.
Fiona then noticed the little Mareep at the end of the clearing. Did she disturb it? Nope, it barely noticed her. She wondered if she could befriend it, like her mother had done. Her mother was a horrib battler herself, so she showed her immense kindness to her pokemon and they adored her. Hopefully, Fiona had inherited the 'So-Kind-That-Pokemon-Would-Love-Her' type of gene. But what exactly was she supposed to do? What was she supposed to say. She didn't want to terrify the little darling...
" Um, hello there Mareep. " Fiona said, slightly awkward. She had no clue how to do this. She be friendly and don't attack, she reminded herself. Also, pokemon treats help out too, but hey, she didn't want to bribe a pokemon to be hers. Leo and Arabelle came to the clearing. They saw Fiona and Arabelle went to hug her shins. Leo eyed the Mareep. Fiona liked Mareeps. He had remembered the large lists of favorite pokemon that Fiona secretly had, and Mareep was on there. And she seemed to be very friendly towards it. The little Mawile stepped to his side and gave a little smile to the Mareep. Hopefully his huge mouth...well, jaw wouldn't scare the thing away. Arabelle hugged Fiona's shins, and didn't even noticed the Mareep. She was very...air headed like that. But Fiona did really care. She loved her anyways.
" Oh! And this is Arabelle, my Marill. And this is Leonardo, by Mawile. You can call him Leo though. And I'm Fiona. " she added quickly, seeing her pokemon at her feet. It took them long enough to get there! Yeah, she knew they were bad battlers, but that didn't have to stop them from exploring and finding some new pokemon, did it? Oh well, Fiona wasn't going to focus on them.
The spotlight was on Mareep, this time.

Mareep appeared completely oblivious to Fiona's presence. She was young, and not as alert and experienced as the older pokemon around. Of course she became incredibly aware of the girl when she spoke. Her head rose in a quick jerk, and her eyes widened as she turned and located the source of the sound. Her entire body froze, as if by some chance that would make it so that this predator could not see her. Of course bright yellow stood out wonderfully in the green grass, but that didn't occur to her.
She didn't move, until two other pokemon suddenly entered the clearing, and she visibly flinched with surprise, and took a step backward, distancing herself from the trio. To her surprise, the two pokemon practically tackled the girl. So they were with her, huh? Mareep relaxed slightly, finding that to be a good sign. The pokemon seemed to like the girl, that was always good.
Mareep tilted her head to the side as Fiona spoke once more, introducing her pokemon. Her attention went immediately to Mawile when it smiled, its eyes widening once more at that humungous jaw! But regardless of its size, it was smiling nonetheless. The yellow pokemon relaxed once more, and turned its curious gaze back to Fiona. The girl hadn't attacked her, so she didn't feel threatened, but she was naturally a tad bit skittish.
Carefully, she crept forward a couple of steps, and then paused, her muscles still tightened and ready to carry her to safety if danger arose. A quiet sound, much like the whinny of a horse, echoed from her throat.

fiona vanderbilt ___________________________________________ Arabelle finally really that there was another pokemon besides Leo and her in the clearing. She started to walk further into the grass, but then tripped over a mysterious object. A rock, like usual, though. The face planted it into a mass of flowers. Fiona's eyes turned worrisome, but Arabelle got up, shook the flowers off her and smiled at the Mareep. She looked nice enough. The little Marill didn't really have the brightest mind, but she could still introduce herself to new pokemon, couldn't she?
<Hello. I'm Arabelle. I'm a Marill!> she said, forgetting that Fiona had already introduced her Marill. Hey, that was Arabelle for you. Dumb, cute, and totally forgetful.
" Er, yeah. That's my Marill. " Fiona said, rubbing her back in an embarrassed manner. She loved Arabelle, but first impressions with new people and pokemon were horrible. Everyone usually found her little Marill as mentally unstable, and they treated her as if she had brain cancer. Not all pokemon were smart, and she tried to make people understand that. It never really worked, but she could care less about what they thought.
The cute little Mareep crept forward timidly. She seemed really shy and nervous. That was okay, though. Fiona knew that her Mawile's jaws usually terrified cute little pokemon, but this Mareep was really pulling through! She liked that. " Um, would you like a pokemon treat? And yes Leo, you and Arabelle can have one too. " Fiona asked, then adding in some for her pokemon. She didn't want to simply spoil that Mareep. She pulled her fringe messenger bag to her stomach and opened it up. She dug deep inside and reached for her bag of pokemon treats.
The bag crinkled as she pulled it out. She opened the sealed case and picked out three pokemon treats. She eyes Leo's jaw and nodded as his hopeful eyes. She had already learned that he says that his jaw leads to a different stomach, and that it needed food too. Sure it did, when he actually kept it in the jaw and saved it for later. The sneaky little Mawile. " One for you, Leo, and not your jaw. Then one for you Arabelle. And I have one more for you Mareep, if you'd like it. " Fiona offered, as she fed Leo his treat and tossed Arabelle hers. Arabelle turned and caught hers, eating it quickly She looked hopefully up at Fiona, silently begging for more. Fiona eyed her and shook her head. " There's way more back at the ranch, silly. " she said with a firm voice.
Arabelle simply never learned.

Mareep stopped her advance when Marill took notice of her, and changed tactics to observation once more. She waited, watching as the Marill approached, and then suddenly hit the ground. She tilted her head in curiosity, a quiet sound, much like a laugh, flowing from her mouth. Obviously she found Marill's tripping to be rather amusing. She returned the smile that Marill offered her, feeling much more relaxed at this point.
Mareep laughed again, this time at Marill's introduction, which had already been made by the girl. She turned to look at Fiona as she spoke, finding the girl to truly be of great interest. Her attention switched from the girl to the Marill as it grew closer, then back to Fiona as she spoke. A pokemon treat? She'd never had one before, but treats had to be good. She watched as both Leo and Arabelle ate the treats, clearly enjoying them, and even silently asking for more.
Cautiously, Mareep crept closer, obviously very intrigued by these treats. She came to stand a few of feet away, but would come no closer. Her eyes were set on the treat, and it was clear that she wanted it, but was weary about coming any nearer.

fiona vanderbilt ___________________________________________ While her pokemon nibbled and wolfed down their treats, Fiona eyed the Mareep coming closer. She stopped in the patch, far enough away. Oh well, she could as timid as she wanted, Fiona didn't mind. " Hey Arabelle, honey. Please take this treat over to the Mareep. If you eat it, I will not give you another treat until next week, okay? Just hand it too her. " Fiona asked her little Marill. Hopefully she wouldn't screw this up. She didn't want to look like a complete idiot. She had already looked like one countless times.
Arabelle took the pokemon treat and listen carefully to her words. Okay, give the treat to the Mareep. Easy enough! The little Marill grabbed the treat and marched to the Mareep, her eyes closed as she had the cutest, huge smile on her face. She held out the pokemon treat for the Mareep and Leo laughed. His friend was so odd, and so weird. She sure knew how to put a smile on everyone's face; face plant it or run into a tree. Either way, it showed how much of a moron and clust she could be. Fiona's brain churned. How was she going to get this Mareep to the farm without injuring it? Well, she could do it the old, practical way...just asking politely.
" Um, Mareep. I was wondering, if you....would like to...come back to my farm. You see, I'm a breeder. I train and breed pokemon. I sell, trade, and sometimes give out eggs and pokemon to good trainers, and I was hoping that you would like to help me do that...Erm, we get treats daily?" Fiona said, rambling. The last sentence made her freak out though. Now she was bribing!! " Oh, I don't want to bribe. But you're probably a great Mareep, and I would love to have you as a pokemon, but I don't want to battle. I'm pretty darn bad at it, and my pokemon aren't that well trained yet. Sorry that I'm rambling on, but I talk a lot when I'm nervous, like I am now. Okay, now I should really stop talking, which I'm going to do... " Leo put his hand to his forehead. Yep, Fiona never stopped talking when she was nervous. And she talked pretty fast when she did, but at least you could understand it...kind of.
Leo shrugged at the Mareep. <Yeah, she does this pretty often. But being on the farm is great. It's a really nice farm, by the way.> Leo said, trying to help out Fiona here. Her nerves were having a seizure right now. words. 400 exp. 1221 + 400 = 1621 tag. wild pokemon

Mareep watched the treat, then Fiona, then Arabelle. Her eyes followed the treat from the girl to the pokemon, and the pokemon over to her. She couldn't help but feel much lighter and relaxed. Arabelle's aura was contagious, what with how openly free and happy she was. It was rather nice, actually, and very refreshing. As the Marill held out the pokemon treat, Mareep leaned forward and sniffed it. Deciding it smelled delectable, she gently took it from Arabelle with her mouth, and ate it. It was as good as it smelled! The pokemon made a quiet sound of satisfaction.
Mareep's attention turned to Fiona, and her head tilted to the side in curiosity once more. The girl was going on and on, and quickly at that! Still, the yellow pokemon was capable of keeping up, and she really found it all pretty amusing. She really liked this Fiona girl! And her pokemon, especially Arabelle. They were all a lot of fun.
The electric type turned its attention to Leo as it spoke, and let her gaze linger there in consideration. This was such an odd coincidence, as she had just been thinking while eating how absolutely bored she was! At first she'd thought that she needed to more careful of what she wished for when these guys showed up, but now she was really glad that they had, and kind of did not want them to go. She got attached rather easily.
At last, a smile appeared on Mareep's face, and she bounced her head in a nod. <I'd love to go.> She responded specifically to Leo, before approaching Fiona carefully. She came to stand beside her, and offered the girl her head as a sign of friendship.
