General Appearance:
Fiona Vanderbilt is simply your average teenage girl. She's pretty tall, seeing the world at 5'6, and weighs around 120 lbs. She has a peachy skin tone, with some freckles along her arms. Her deep blue eyes sparkle with curiosity and wonder, and she's usually the one to explore. Did you know that she skydived one? It was amazing! Fiona has light brown hair, that is usually styled the same; two flaming pieces sticking up then the rest of her hair down and flowing. She's pretty skinny, as she likes to travel on her bike. She has a petite structure, and she would be called somewhat attractive.

Don't be fooled by looks, because of Fiona's little chicken legs and arms. This chick can run, and she can probably kick you butt. She took karate as a young child, and she got her black belt by the time she was ten. She still likes to meditate still, too! Her reflexed are really good too, as she once caught a falling light bulb with her foot. (It was wicked!)

Personality:
Fiona's really nice and all, but don't piss her off. You will regret it. If there were such things are breeding rangers, she would totally be one. She loves to run, she loves to help people and pokemon out, she loves to breed pokemon. She's very spunky and bright, and she's good at figuring puzzles and riddles out. She loves pokemon. She's like from the PETP (People for the Ethical Treatment of Pokemon). She's super curious. There's rustling in that grass over there? Let's go check it out! Even if that pokemon is furious as Giratina, she will still say hi, how you're doing? Having a nice day? She's brave, I'll give her that, but she has a small temper issue. Just...don't get her mad....

Fiona's pretty stubborn, and she likes it when she's right. Hey, we all like life more if we're right. She'll admit that she's wrong, but she certainly won't like it. She adores farms and ranches. She loves them! She likes things neat and orderly though, so keep it that way unless you want to unleash the rage of Fiona. Her face gets all red and her fists clench and she yells, but it looks really really funny. You just don't want to be the person she's yelling at. Your ears will bleed.

History:
Fiona was born and raised in Pacifidlog Town, in the Hoenn Region. She lived on water, pretty much. See, her house was on a dock, and the docks connected to everywhere else. Water Pokemon were seen everywhere. Dragon Pokemon, too. Fiona's father was a sailor, but her mother was a socialite. See, on her mother's side, her grandparents were very wealthy. They wanted Fiona to grow up properly, in a huge mansion and away from the sailing and fishing life. On her father's side, her grandparents encouraged her younger brother to become a sailor, while her younger sister and her became good wives. It was a bit much for Fiona. Each side didn't like one another very much, but Mrs. Vanderbilt kept everyone together.

Fiona didn't want to be a wonky housewife, or be a perfect socialite. She wanted to care for pokemon! Not just water pokemon, like her father, but all types of pokemon.Yet she really wanted to be a breeder. She's the eldest in her siblings. Her little brother, Henry, wants to be a ranger. He's only eleven, though. And her little sister, Elizabeth, is only nine. And she wants to be an inspiring coordinator, with a loving husband and lots of children. Fiona didn't care for anything of that sort. She just wanted to be a breeder. To take care of lots of pokemon! To befriend them and love them, and to breed them. Her grandparents hated the idea.

But Fiona's mother and father supported her plans. When she turned seventeen, she was bought ten acres of land. Her parents hired many people to make a wonderful breeding farm: Stargazing Ranch™. It had a nice ring to it. Fiona loved it, but it was all the way in the Star Region. Her mother wanted her to get some more pokemon before opening, so she put it all the way in the Star Region. Some more pokemon would mean more fun for Fiona, more pokemon to care for, and more business. So she packed up her bags and board a boat. Fiona's father sailed her to the Star Region, where she was left off at a dock in Lunar City. On her mother's side, her grandparents had a vacation home in Lunar City. So she set off for her aunt's house, with a whole new world awaiting her.
