✿ basic info,
NAME: Carrie Leean Du'vall.
AGE: Eighteen.

✿ the appearance,
Approximately five feet and eight inches in height, Carrie has always been a bit of a tall girl, even in her childhood. She blames her parents, who come from German decent for her tall size, but as for that strongly bright hair, well that's all thanks to some hair dye and rebellious personality. Originally, little miss Carrie was a blond babe, still thanks to that German in her, but somewhere between her preteen years and now, she decided that being blond meant dealing with blond jokes and people thinking you were a stupid bubble head. So she decided for a change of pace, and ended up with this striking red hair. She's kept it long because as a child she always thought the most beautiful people had the longest and most luscious hair. To keep it out of her face she puts it up in a pony tail. That bright red hair is quite a contrast to her pale skin and bright amber eyes.
Thankfully she's always been a big fanatic of staying in shape, which meant spending several hours boxing and working out. Needless to say it was worth it because she's only about a hundred and twenty-nine pounds. Because of all her hard work, she loves to show off her body. Plus she doesn't like being in stuffy clothes at all! So she typically wears a bathing suit as a top, and some short shorts because hey, if you got it flaunt it! She also loved to wear thigh high socks and boots to protect her legs from shrubs and bushes that just love to cut up legs.
✿ the personality,
Carrie has always been a person with a rather strong personality. She's very opinionated and loves to speak her thoughts, even if they aren't always something nice. If it's on her mind, she's bound to say it out loud too, but sometimes she doesn't give much thought about if it actually might offend someone else or not. This leads to her not always being liked by people. She tells it as it is, and never likes to sugar coat things and beat around the bush. She also hates when people try to do that, she'd just much rather you tell her the truth so she can get on with her life. Carrie can be a real stubborn girl and a bit childish because she doesn't like sharing or losing, so she'll sit and pout about it for awhile if she's forced to do any of that. The girl can be hard to work with, but she has a good heart, really!
She has a bit of a motherly side to her, so she loves to dot on her pokemon and smother them a bit with her love. This can also lead her to being protective, and she has horrible fears that her pokemon might get to hurt in battle, so sometimes she'll withdraw them to prevent them from getting too hurt. She can be spontaneous and rather loud at times, especially if she's angry. Not to mention, she can be rather obsessive at times.. Like when she was determined to get a good body, she went a little overboard with eating well and working out constantly. It almost got her sick.
✿ the history,
Carrie has never had a fascinating life. Her parents worked, she went to school, and pretty much lived a normal life. She had an older brother, who she played with a lot as a child. He was her closest family because her parents were always busy. He became her support, her rock, and her shield when she would get into fights with the other kids. She spent most of her days on the beach with her brother, and the two would constantly encounter pokemon that washed up onto shore. One day when she was six, she witnessed an amazing pokemon battle out on the beach. Something sparked in her, and she thought "I want to do that!". She told her brother of her dream, and he promised to help her achieve it. Needless to say, when Carrie's parents heard the news, they weren't exactly excited. They went on about how it would be better to get a real job and that so many kids wanted to be trainers as well, there would only be a small chance of her ever making a big name for herself.
Because of her parents disapproval, a bit of rebellious behavior developed in Carrie. She wouldn't listen to what they would say, sneak out at night, and constantly talked back. When she was sixteen, she decided to give herself a bit of a make over. She started eating better, made her own dinners, worked out and dropped a lot of pounds. They boys did happen to notice this, so she would constantly bring people over, without her parents approval, which only caused them to get angrier and angrier with her. She even went so far as to dye her hair an outrageous color to annoy her parents, and she ended up getting in a lot of trouble for it. She was sick of their rules and they were sick of her disobeying them. They sent her to live with her brother for a time to get her stuff straight, but it didn't help much. Her brother actually encouraged her to keep doing what she wanted and be her own person.
Eventually, her parents couldn't handle her anymore. When she was of age, they told her to get out and she was more than happy to. Finally free of her concerned parents, she decided to finally follow her childhood dream and become a trainer.
