Life is a dream.
• Labels Do Not Define Me •
Name: Elle Lockheart.
Age: 16.
Gender: Female.
Sexuality: Straight.
Status: Trainer.
• On The Outside Looking In •
Hair: Elle has long, ashen blond hair, that reach her elbows in a mass of gently-curling waves.
Eyes: She has soft blue eyes, bordering a grayish tint, that are large and childishly curious.
Scars/Markings: None.
General Appearance: Elle looks more like a lovely, antique doll than she does human. She stands delicately at 5'2", and almost always stands with the toes of her feet pointed inwards, and has a habit of wrapping a lock of hair around her finger and bringing it to her lips. She has a petite, slender build, with dainty limbs and small hands and feet.
Elle often wears a childish, innocent smile on her face, laughing frequently and smiling often. She seems to have a slight joy in her step, though she carries with her a very relaxed, lady-like air. Although she's very cheery much of the time, she doesn't spill over with energy, nor does she raise her voice or get agitated easily. She has a habit of tilting her head to the side, when she's confused or thinking.
Elle is often wearing a cream-colored, loose sweater, and a black skirt underneath. She is never seen without a silver-rimmed, cameo necklace around her neck, which was a gift from her older brother when she was young. Her legs are covered with knee-high, white socks, and she wears small, comfortable black slippers on her feet. During the colder days, she wears a light, beige-colored coat over her ensemble, and switches to fur-lined, beige boots.

Dislikes:
-Being Lost
-...Well, 'bug' Pokemon
-Dark areas
-Having to camp outside a lot.
-Being far from home for a long time.
Strengths:
+Elle is quite sharp with her mind; she views all Pokemon battles as contests between the trainers, and not the Pokemon. The victor will always be the smarter person who can use their Pokemon's abilities to the best advantage, she believes.
+Elle is very kind to Pokemon and small children alike.
+Elle can think quickly on her feet - she's never one to be taken over by surprise and unable to act.
+Elle is fiercely loyal to her friends.
Weaknesses:
-Elle has her head up in the clouds a lot, and as a result, can get lost while not paying attention to where she's going.
-Elle's rather absentminded, often losing things and unable to keep track of time.
-Elle views the world with such childishness, though rose-tinted glasses, that she may be unable to comprehend worldly matters at times.
-Elle, gullible and softhearted, is easy to take advantage of.
Personality: Elle is a very sweet girl, having been raised in the safety of her family's estate; she sees the world through rose-tinted glasses, an inevitability that developed because of her father and older brother's extreme over protective-ness towards her as she grew up. Although she can be a little indecisive at times, or have her head in the clouds, she's actually quite a sharp thinker - she views Pokemon battles as competitions between the trainers, and not the Pokemon, and that the victor will be the Trainer who can use his/her Pokemon's type and attacks to the full advantage.
She has a large love of Pokemon, since her brother, a rather distinguished trainer, came home every once in a while during his journey days, bringing with him bunches of Pokemon. It was with them Elle shared her childhood, so she's very fond towards Pokemon.
Elle enjoys Pokemon battles, simply because it's 'fun.' She doesn't mind whether she wins or loses, it's just all about the experience she gains and the bonding she has with her Pokemon. And however much she loves Pokemon, she believes that each trainer has his or her own methods; she holds no view towards how others treat their own Pokemon. After all, it isn't any of her business, and Elle, though kind, isn't one to meddle.

• How I Became Who I Am •
Family: Mother: Marie Lockheart
Relationship with her: Marie was a constant factor in Elle's life; although she didn't really take care of Elle (her wet nurses did that job), she was constantly supporting Elle and showered her with much love.
Father: James Lockheart
Relationship with him: James dotes heavily on his daughter - Elle was raised as his 'darling little princess,' though she rarely saw him throughout her childhood, thanks to his busy schedule.
Brother: Carter Lockheart
Relationship: The two were inseparable in childhood; Carter is currently seven years older than Elle herself, and she is his most important person. He grew up taking an almost father-like role in her life, especially when their parents weren't around much.
Sister: Lily Lockheart
Relationship: Lily was almost a distant figure in Elle's life - after all, she attended a boarding school far away from home most of her life. However, she loves Elle very much, and always sent gifts when she was at school; now, she's married off to the son of a business partner of the family, but visits Elle frequently.
History: Elle was born in the heart of a bustling town, into a wealthy family, that had amassed a fortune on a trade empire. She was raised as Daddy's Precious Princess, showered upon with lavish gifts and presents since she was young. Elle was actually born with a rather weak immune system, and a body weaker than most children's. As such, she was kept indoors much of her childhood, privately tutored at home by governesses until she was ten; then, she was sent to an elevator school, a private Academy where James attended as well.
Elle lived in a wealthy part of town - all of her neighbors, and consequently, her friends and acquaintances, were also people of considerable wealth. The neighborhood kept up an image of an elite society, so though Elle was friends with many who lived nearby, the children were always kept to that group, rarely venturing out to meet others.
Though she was granted everything her little childish wants wished, her parents were rarely at home - after all, they had a large company to run. As such, her brother, Carter, was the one she turned to in confidence. He was the perfect child of the family (well, him and her sister), with brilliant marks in school and a friendly demeanor. At home, he took great care of her, going to lengths to keep her from getting into scrapes and such, and was fiercely protective of his little sister. And when Lily, their sister, who was ten years older than Elle, married and left home to live with her husband, Elle was harshly disappointed; Lily does visit frequently, though, and on Elle's journey, likes to drive out to where she is currently at at times.
She passed her days in idyllic, peaceful luxury, never even thinking of setting out on her own 'Pokemon Journey,' as so many other children did. She had her older brother's Pokemon to play with at home, and she liked the expansive property of her family's estate - she never had the urge to go out and see the rest of the world.
However, when her older brother, seven years her senior, set off on his journey, she was crushed. Eventually, with countless tales of his journeys, told over phone calls almost every day (he loved his sister dearly and called without fail at every town), she, too, became convinced to go out. During the days her brother wasn't home, Elle often went out to meet new people, a rather foreign concept to her sheltered life; she was eager to try new things, as her brother did, for he was a sort of role model in her life. On other days, she merely stayed indoors and read on books of Pokemon and battle strategies, that her family had in possession in their vast collection of books.
So the day she turned sixteen, she set out on her own journey, ready for...well, life.
