Name of Pokemon: This doesn't mean what kind, it means name, as in a nickname. This is not required. It could just be Pikachu.
Level: What level are they currently at?
EXP: How much EXP points do they have at this moment?
EXP Until Next Level: How much do they need to get to the next level?
Moves: What moves to they have?
Ability: Things like Levitate, which make it so ground type attacks don't work. Check Serebii for what your pokemon's will be. If there are more than one, put both.
Personality: Just list a few traits.
