Original Legendary... yes. Partially because each region has had its own in the past Pokemon's and there is only one of each and therefore is not open to abuse. Anything else is too hard to keep track of.

I already have one pokemon done, I just need to make its evolve forms xD

I kind of like Emperor Sovereign's idea- just have a legend that is unique to this region. =D
I know I already posted using my staff account, but I saw her idea and I felt the need to express my agreement. xD
